I got my slag dragon by breeding, in normal breeding cave, earth and metal in that order
Chrome and sandstorm = slag. Got it first try
So I signed into DV today and saw this new dragon. I wanted to breed my earth and metal but I was already using my metal dragon (trying to get malachite still ugh) in the epic breeding cave. So I randomly put moss (left lv 10) and iron (right lv 10) got 22 hours.. Sweet!
Duh that’s how you breed it ******. Sorry for the language.
Yeah the ****** is actually right the order is earth and then metal it works best with that combination but you can do it the other way with metal first and then earth and you can breed it with earth and metal hybrids too.
First try earth + metal in breedingcave = 22h

I have two but the name changed from slag to scoria. Weird..same dragons…but with new name. Very strange

Did they change the name of this dragon? My newly hatched one is called a Scoria dragon. Everything else is the same. (scoria does sound more like a dragon you’d want to own than slag does…)

Im so confused when the slag/scoria dragon first came outnit was called a slag dragon then a few days later it was called scoria and there are 2 dragonvale posts one about a slag dragon and one about scoria and they are the exact same thing but the dragon just has a different name!!!
