the first to tell you about the dragonvale ironwood dragon. Well, this is not the only dragon that backflip studios have released.
The ironwood dragonvale dragon has been released alongside the dragonvale rain dragon. We will talk about the rain dragon in another post but for now, let us concentrate on how you will breed your ironwood dragon. But even before we get there, here are some facts about the ironwood dragonvale dragon:
- About the Dragonvale Ironwood Dragon
If you look for the ironwood dragon in your dragonvale market, you may miss it because by the time this post was written, it was not yet in the market. However, this does not mean that you cannot breed your ironwood dragonvale dragon. Ironwood dragon, like the name suggest, is a hybrid dragon that combines the metal dragons element with those of plant dragon.
- Dragonvale ironwood habitat
If you guessed that the ironwood dragon habitat is either metal habitat or plant habitat, then, you may have guessed right. More to this, you have to know that the opposites for the dragonvale ironwood dragon is any metal or plant dragon opposites.
For you to breed the ironwood dragon, you have to be at least on the seventeenth level of dragonvale game play or the upper levels. Therefore, if you are below level 17, there is not need struggling on breeding the ironwood dragon since you will not breed one.
- Breeding the dragonvale ironwood dragon
Are you wondering how to breed the new ironwood dragonvale dragon? Well, the breeding time for the ironwood dragon is 12 hours. Here are the best combinations for breeding the dragonvale ironwood dragon:
- Dragonvale plant dragon with dragonvale brass dragon dragon
- Dragonvale plant dragon with the dragonvale iron dragon
For the ironwood dragon, any basic plant and metal hybrid will work out in its breeding. You can’t give people those gems. The only way to transfer gems is to do it through GameCenter friends. Once people make you their friend, they are obligated to give to you without receiving anything in return. Also, Backflipstudios does not support any player who jail breaks their device. I hope no one falls for this.

Actually, the ironwood dragon is a hidden dragon, which means that it won’t appear in the market, but you can actually get it. The current and frostfire dragons were also hidden, but now they’re in the market.
