dragons in the market place but you can still breed them. However, perhaps when the new dragonvale update is released, these secret dragons will be made available for you to breed. What do you have to know about the dragonvale steel dragon?
Here are some facts you have to know:

As much as we shall discuss later about the combinations used in breeding dragonvale steel dragon, it will be important to note that the steel dragon has an incubation period of fourteen hours. Dragonvale steel dragon egg is dark purple in color with white snowflakes upon its surface.
Should you decide to buy the steel dragon, it will sell for seven hundred and fifty dragonvale gems. However, it sells for one million, five hundred thousand dragonvale coins.

Although the steel dragon can be bred from the normal breeding cave, the best place to get a steel dragon is the epic breeding cave. Also, you have to note that the habitat for dragonvale steel dragon is either metal or cold.

I used metal first then cold and got it on the first try

I used Mine and Fire…after 3 tries I got one then got another after two more tries, using regular Breeding Cave. The first option didn’t work for me.
S did I I also got a iron dragon by breeding a metal and a earth dragon
I got it with chrome and ice

Ok, will try tonight metal/cold then I need some more metal to lill a new habitat. Need to gain a mon habitat first because I have a spare lvl 10 moon in the HIV cave.

I got Steel with Metal & Cold… after 8 tries.
I got One at fifth try ice left (Ice not cold) metal right hope that helps u

To get moon, level ten blue fire on the left, level ten crystal on the right. It may take about ten tries, but don’t give up! I got it on my tenth, and I got it like a boss.

I got it first try when i’m using Mine on the left and Fire on the right. I used to try Metal and Cold for 10 times plus but that combination didn’t work with me. Good Luck!!
I got it by randomly breeding a Evergreen dragon with a Copper dragon, first try in a normal breeding cave.
