I didn’t know the Firework Dragon was available. I was trying to breed the Sandstorm and Dodo dragons and was very surprised to discover the Firework Dragon… 3 of them so far. 1 was bred from Air + Mud, the other 2 were bred from Earth + Blazing.

I didn’t know the Firework Dragon was available either. I was trying mud and blazing again for another rainbow dragon and got this special looking egg instead. I’m trying the same combination again and have another 6 hour breeding time so maybe another?!

I bred a butterfly with a panlong and got one first try
its a limited dragon for 4th july, just think special events for the americans and you cant go wrong with guessing new dragons. thats why there was a clover for st patrick but nothing for st david or george or andrew. we reckon gold silver and bronze for the start of the olympics
Just got one first try using my own combo which was Scorch(left) & Sonic(right) with breed time of 6hrs. With the comments below it seems there are a heap of combos that work though.

Firework is easy Air and Blazing. Any body who wants Panlong I have seven Blazing + Mud.
P.S. I have 4 Rainbows Crystal and Blazing first try!
i just bred panlong and snow and i got one ,then tried again and got another one and…in total i got seven =up

Based on the reactions from the rest of the posts, I would say that not only is this dragon common, but it might be too common. From what I see, any combo with fire and air elements will instantly be a fireworks dragon. You might be able to use two panlong dragons to get it!
One last thing; I liked how the fireworks dragon came the day after solstice. It left us with something to do until halloween.
Yea I got the fireworks dragon w every single combo I used to try and get the ruby dragon, if it has the fire element at all it’s another six hr fireworks dragon. I hope it’s discontinued now so we can get the ruby dragon a little easier. Ridiculous to struggle so for one and get 27 of another “limited” dragon, I have 12 displayed if not more than that now, sold many, have 2 in habitats.

I got one on first try! It’s incubating and I am breeding another one. Haven’t had any luck with the Evergreen dragon tho.
Seaweed and snow worked for me
Panalong/ butterfly just worked for me.
I bred a Frostfire with Air and got the Fireworks Dragon.
I got one on accident with snow + blazing! Repeated it and got another 6 hour incubation!

I can personally confirm ICE and BLAZING worked for me first time and secod time in a row 6 hours breed time and 6 hours incubation time.
I bred a FIRE with a BLAZING (in that order) and got a FIREWORK first try. I keep getting them too.
You can get it with any combo that includes fire an air… Some will work better than others… I got a six hr breed time for panlong and butterfly in breeding cave…i think i got this elusive fireworcks dragon!
I got 6 using blazing and mud and i was trying to get a rainbow dragon
I got 2 so far, both by breeding a snow dragon and a lava dragon.
Got it on first try. Fire (left) & air (right). 6 hrs.
Level 10 Mud and Level 10 Blazing dragon on the EBI. Was trying to get a Panlong dragon, but have ended up with the Fireworks dragon
I tried the logical combination because of the coloring ( and it was just a good guess) and tried to pick the dragons that best matched, so I chose a Frostfire and a Blaze and got it the first time. Try it! Now if only I could figure out the Evergreen dragon……
I got mine before I knew they were out also I was just randomly breeding different dragons, trying to see if I could breed the Ruby dragon that is supposed to come out for July jeweled dragon early, you know to see if Dragonvale has the combo ready but just haven’t released the info on it yet. When it said 10 hours, I thought, oh well, just another fire or cold dragon because I don’t keep up on how long individual dragons take to breed and incubate, and some dragons have the same timeframe. Imagine my surprise when it was time to put my egg on the nursery to hatch and I saw an egg I had never seen before. That is when I looked and saw that two new dragons had been released for the game. I used Blazing and Iceberg in the Enchanted Breedibg Island.
I bred fire(on the left ) with air ( on the right) in the normal breeding cave and got it first time

I got mine in the first try breeding air and fire

I was trying to breed a frostfire with fire and ice. However I accidentaly clicked fog. I was angry to see 6 hours of breeding time until they finished breeding. When I saw the egg I was like what the heck? To my surprise I got a fireworks dragon. :-*

I bred Chrome with Scorch, first two times breeding those both got fireworks. Wasnt intentionally trying for that, but that combo seems to be the one for most of the rare dragons.

I just got a firework dragon today by just using the breeding cave. I just used an air dragon and a fire dragon. Although I am still waiting for it to finish breeding and to finish hatching. I hope this helps some people who don’t know how to breed a firework dragon.

I didn’t think it was still possible to breed a fireworks dragon but I’ve got three of them now using Panlong + Pollen in the EBS. Hooray!
I just bred a firework dragon today! I thought that they were a limited edition dragon only available in July. I wonder what’s up with that? (I have had like 20 of them…but this is the first one I’ve bred since the last day of July.)
From what I’ve read, this dragon is supposed to be seasonal, but I just got one breeding the Panlong and Mud dragons. Hope others are successful as well.
