This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") governs the use of this software application (the "Application"), a private bookkeeping and financial-records tool developed and operated by its owner (the "Operator") for the Operator's sole use.
The Application is internal-use software. It is not offered, licensed, sold, or made available to the public or to any third party. The Operator is the Application's only authorized user. No other person is granted any right to access or use the Application.
All rights in the Application are reserved by the Operator. No license is granted to any other party under this Agreement.
The Application connects to third-party services — including the QuickBooks Online APIs provided by Intuit Inc. — solely under authorization granted by the Operator for the Operator's own accounts, and subject to those services' applicable terms.
The Application is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind, express or implied. The Operator assumes all responsibility for its use.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico and applicable United States federal law.
