This Privacy Policy describes how this software application (the "Application") handles data. The Application is a private bookkeeping tool developed and operated by its owner (the "Operator") exclusively for managing the Operator's own financial records. It has no public users and no customers.
With the Operator's explicit OAuth authorization, the Application accesses accounting data from the Operator's own QuickBooks Online company via the QuickBooks Online APIs provided by Intuit Inc. This includes the chart of accounts, transactions, journal entries, and financial reports. The Application does not access data belonging to any person other than the Operator.
Data is used solely for the Operator's internal bookkeeping, record-archival, reconciliation, and financial reporting. It is not used for advertising, profiling, marketing, or any commercial purpose.
Retrieved data and OAuth credentials are stored on private, self-hosted infrastructure under the Operator's exclusive control, with access restricted to the Operator. OAuth tokens are stored with filesystem-level access controls and are never transmitted to any party other than Intuit's APIs.
The Application does not sell, rent, share, or disclose any data to third parties. It uses no third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services.
Data is retained as part of the Operator's financial records for as long as the Operator requires, and may be deleted at the Operator's discretion. The Operator may revoke the Application's access to QuickBooks Online at any time by disconnecting it from within Intuit's account settings, after which the Application can retrieve no further data.
